Bringing more affordable options to renters
▪️ We’re serving low-income renters searching on Zillow by bringing more affordable units online, including rooms for rent.
▪️ Our universal rental application helps renters apply to an unlimited number of participating rentals for 30 days for one flat fee.
▪️ All rental listings on Zillow include a Costs & Fees section to provide more fee transparency and help renters calculate move-in and ongoing monthly costs based on their needs.
Helping homebuyers overcome affordability obstacles
▪️ We are helping consumers build credit by reporting their on-time Zillow Rental Payments to major credit bureaus, with no cost to them or their landlord.
▪️ We connect veterans and active-service military members to our lender partners, helping them begin their home-buying journey with a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs loan application.
