Zillow® Rentals is launching its biggest national ad campaign yet, bringing a fresh, visually bold and story-driven approach to apartment hunting.

Conceptualized and brought to life by Studio Z, Zillow’s in-house creative team, this campaign promises to capture the pivotal moments that often trigger a move. Directed by the acclaimed Quentin Jones, known for her work with Nike and Chanel, and produced by division7, the campaign is set to make a significant impact.

Life-changing moments captured

The campaign focuses on significant life transitions — whether it’s starting a new job, navigating a breakup or needing an elevator for an extra-large senior pup. These life-changing events often necessitate a move, and Zillow Rentals is there to help. The campaign’s dynamic visuals are elevated by Angelina Vitto, co-stylist for the TV series “Euphoria,” who partnered with Studio Z to create looks to resonate with renters while setting new trends.

Real renter behavior

According to Zillow data, “pets allowed” is the #1 most-searched amenity, followed closely by in-unit washer/dryer. This campaign is rooted in real renter behavior, proving practical needs and emotional moments go hand in hand.

Zillow Rentals is expanding into connected TV and social-first activations to maximize its reach and meet renters where they are. The campaign leans into the joy of possibility, with “zillions” of listings, which allow renters to find an apartment checking all the boxes, from in-unit laundry to pet-friendly spaces to dream amenities.

Renting isn’t just about finding a place; it’s about finding the right place for this chapter of your life. Zillow Rentals helps apartment seekers navigate a shifting market with the most listings and best-in-class search tools. As affordability challenges keep many would-be buyers in the rental market, renters need more than just a place to live, they need flexibility, choice and a seamless search experience. Zillow Rentals delivers all three.
