Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff appeared on Bloomberg’s “Market Makers” this morning. Rascoff tells Bloomberg we’re through the worst of the housing recession, and home shoppers are back. Nationally, home values should rise nearly 2 percent over the next year. He also talks about Zillow’s recent acquisition of HotPads.
