It was an exciting day at Zillow yesterday afternoon as our CEO, Spencer Rascoff, won Inman News’ 2011 Innovator of the Year Award.
According to the Inman site, winners are selected by an Inman News review team after a reader nominations process.
While Spencer had a prior commitment and could not accept the award at Inman’s annual Real Estate Connect conference in San Francisco, Director of Broker Services, Sara Bonert, accepted it on his behalf in front of a packed ballroom at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.
And the goodness doesn’t stop there. Three of Zillow’s services were “most innovative” finalists:
- Zillow Mortgage Marketplace iPhone App for most innovative mobile app
- Zillow Ratings and Reviews for most innovative real estate website or service
- Zillow Android App for most innovative mobile app
We’d like to thank Inman and the industry for these accolades. It’s been a banner year so far (Inman also recently gave four #1 rankings to Zillow Mobile) and we’re excited about what’s next.
