I’m very excited to announce that we recently added two million new Zestimates spanning 36 counties throughout the country. This is our most significant Zestimate coverage increase since launch and raises our national coverage to 51.5 Million Zestimates, with data on close to 70 million homes in total. We have added coverage in Georgia, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Utah. Texas and Utah have been a bit more challenging because these are non-disclosure states.
In the northern suburbs of Atlanta we now have more than 400,000 new Zestimates in Gwinnett and Cobb counties. Thinking about moving down South? Be sure to check out homes for sale and with Make Me Move prices in the area. Here’s a home for sale in Lawrenceville, GA and a Make Me Move home in Maritta, GA.
One of the most interesting new additions is Park City, Utah. You may remember that this was the home of many of the ski events in the 2002 Winter Olympics. It includes such Make Me Move gems as this one for $950,000. The Zindex (median Zestimate) for homes in the Park City ZIP code of 84060 is currently $821,000. This means that 50% of homes in 84060 are currently Zestimated at more than $821,000– not a bad place to call home if you can!
But that’s not the most expensive new community added in our latest round of updates. Deal, New Jersey‘s ZIP code 07723 has a Zindex of $1.45 million. This ocean front area in close proximity to New York City is prime real estate, and includes a handful of homes with a Zestimate of more than $5 million. Not too shabby! We’ve also added another 370,000 new Zestimates in Monmouth and Essex Counties, also suburbs of the Big Apple, only here many more of us may be able to afford a home, like this one in in Freehold, NJ.
We’re continually working to acquire new data and enhance our current coverage, with both new data sources and homeowner input, and we’ll keep updating you when we have significant adds. For now, here’s the list of the new counties with Zestimates:
