For Michelle Fabrello of Juneau, Alaska, March 6, 2012 was not only her first day on Zillow.com, but also her lucky day.
She refinanced her mortgage last year with lender Brenda Heimbuch. At the request of Heimbuch, she left a review about her refinance experience on the lender’s Zillow profile. By submitting her review, Fabrello was also automatically entered to win a brand new Apple iPad — an iPad she ended up winning.
“I received my iPad and love it! I am so excited that I won something!” Michelle said.
Zillow’s goal has always been to empower consumers with information about real estate. We currently have more than 14,000 lender reviews on the site.
