In April, Zillow launched Zillow Rentals for Android, adding our first dedicated rentals app to the most popular suite of mobile real estate apps across all major platforms. Zillow Rentals was created specifically to address renters’ needs by organizing listings in an easily-accessible way and allowing them to shop for the right home on location — in the neighborhood where they want to live.
Just a little over two months later, we’re ready to roll out a new set of features for the app, making it an even more tailored tool for renters who are on the hunt. New features include:
- Pet policy search filter
- Keyword search
- Expanded list of amenities (cable ready, on-site laundry, parking, Walk Score, Transit Score … and more!)
