One of the most-asked questions we get is how to find comps, or comparables, on Zillow. Comparables, by definition, are homes that recently sold (ideally, within 3-6 months) that are similar to yours. If you’re selling your home, comparables are a critical piece of the puzzle when figuring out how to price your home for sale.
