We’ve heard a lot of cool ways people are using Zillow lately. Some we anticipated, some surprise us, and some just make us chuckle. Here are a few interesting ones found via a quick search on craigslist:
- A seller of a South End condo in Boston says to check Zillow.com for comparable sales
- A Realtor in Carmel Valley, California adds a Zestimate to a home listing
- This person selling land in Riverside, California uses a Zillow neighborhood map to show the location and neighboring home prices
- A foreclosure notice in San Francisco lists Zillow’s value along with home info
- A Realtor in West Palm Beach, Florida adds a Zillow link to the bottom of his home listings
And my favorite…
- A renter looking for an apartment in Walnut Creek, California is “willing to pay monthly rent of Zillow value divided by 340”
