I was surfing around the Zillow API Forum today and came across two really cool applications that I wanted to highlight.
The first application was built by Mike Rice (Eferi Web Development) and allows a developer to add Zestimates, charts, beds/baths and historical sales data to their Web site in a very easy way. If you like this implementation, Mike has offered to help web site owners add this functionality to their own sites for $49 to the first 50 interested people. Mike has put up a live demo here and I attached a screen shot below.
The second application was done by Andrew Mattie (Diverse Solutions) and uses a similar set of outputs as Mike’s solution but incorporates it into a lead generation model for Real Estate agents. You can find the forum post here, see a live demo here, and screen shot below.
