The Zillow team is out in full force this week at Real Estate Connect in San Francisco. We’re excited to see some familiar industry faces and meet some new ones. David G has already started blogging live — go shake his hand and you just might make an appearance in a post! And Rich is on the opening “duet” panel at 4:30 today with Dale Stinton of the National Association of Realtors.
Meanwhile here are some things we’re excited to show you this week… stop by our Demo Station on Level 2 of the exhibit hall to learn more (photo below).
- Free advertising of listings. It’s always been free for agents or brokers to add listings to Zillow, and it’s a great opportunity for exposure among our 4-4.5 million visitors each month. But we’ve also heard feedback that the current process is too manual. So, starting very soon we will now accept broker feeds to streamline the process. Jeff – or anyone from Zillow – can tell you more this week. Or, fill out this form to be among the first to know when this launches.
- Free profiles. 57,000 real estate agents have now added their profile to Zillow. It’s a free way to make a name for yourself in your neighborhood or coverage area among Zillow’s visitors. Add your photo, brokerage and contact information, and fill out your “about me” section. All your listings and site contributions link to your profile.
- Ask Questions or Share Answers, and gain marketing exposure in the process. 40,000 questions and answers have been asked on the site since we launched this feature a few months ago. As a real estate professional, all your Q&A contributions link back to your profile.
- EZ Ads — More than 4600 real estate professionals have bought EZ Ads since their April debut. We can show you how to create an ad in just minutes — with your photo, phone number or any information you’d like — and target the ad to show only in the ZIP code(s) you choose.
If you have any questions for us, please stop by. We look forward to seeing you!
