Driving community change through the collective impact of our people

As a Cloud HQ company with employees in every state, we have a unique opportunity to make an impact in the communities where we live and work. Many of our employees participate in our giving and volunteer programs, expanding the impact of Zillow’s investments in our partner nonprofit and community organizations.

Giving and volunteerism

▪️ We match $500 per person annually in combined charitable giving and volunteer time. We also welcome every new employee with a $25 donation credit, and we offer our employees eight hours of paid volunteer time off to support causes that are important to them.

▪️ Through our signature volunteer initiative, the Hub Partner Program, Zillow teams gathering in cities across the country are able to integrate meaningful community service into their in-person meetings.

▪️ Twice a year — during Fair Housing Month in April and during the holiday season — we invite every single Zillow employee to participate in an opportunity to give back, together.
