The Zestimate API allows users to retrieve current Property, Rental and Foreclosure Zestimates for ~100 million properties in the US.
This resource is really for commercial use cases by businesses. For research and academic projects, we provide the following metrics that have a looser Terms of Use, as far as storing and manipulating the data – https://www.zillow.com/research/data/
You can download metrics at several levels by region.
